  • I am located in west Michigan and a bit north. However, all my sessions are virtual so I am able to you if you are located anywhere in the state as long as you are either private pay or covered by one of my accepted insurance providers.

  • Once you have booked a session, you will receive a virtual link to connect with me online for the designated time. Please be sure to find a private location with a good internet connection. Also make sure your device has video capabilities for our meeting. You will receive an email reminder of our appointment as well. At the appointment time, you simply click on the link provided and we will be face to face.

  • I only provide virtual sessions at this time.

  • The first 15 minute consultation is free. Individual sessions after that are $130 each. I do accept the following insurance plans:

  • From the beginning, we’ll work together to build a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where respect and understanding are at the center. After your consultation, you will receive some intake forms you will need to complete prior to your first appointment. This is because we will review these in order to begin to co-create a plan that empowers you to move toward your mental and emotional wellness goals

  • There isn’t a predetermined answer to the question. Generally, clients can be in therapy 3-6 months or longer depending on how much work they put into the process and how much work they want to keep doing. It is an individual journey and a timeframe we will determine together.

  • Under the healthcare law, self-pay clients are entitled to A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of what their total cost may be. The GFE is not intended to serve as a recommendation for treatment or a prediction that you may need to attend a specified number of psychotherapy visits. The number of visits that are appropriate in your case, and the estimated cost for those services, depends on your needs and what you agree to in consultation with your therapist. You are entitled to disagree with any recommendations made to you concerning your treatment and you may discontinue treatment at any time.
